How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. Refunds will be given to you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal). Returns are only possible within 7 days of receiving your item
(Exchanges can only be made subject to stock availability, we may send you a similar substitute style/ colour)
To return your orders simply follow these steps:
- Print off a copy of your order emailed to you when you placed your order, and indicate which items you are returning.
- Return the item by recorded delivery, together with the copy order. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
- Once we receive your order and passes inspection, you will be refunded.
- We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Our Standard UK delivery service takes between 1-3 working days. We aim to always meet these timescales but during busy periods deliveries may take longer so please be patient.
However next day delivery is an option.
Please contact us on email@example.com if you have not received your order after 7 days and would like on update on delivery.
We are happy to exchange any item as long as it is returned to us in its original condition.
If you would like to exchange your order for another item/ size, please return package to the address below, items will only be accepted if returned in their original condition. Please remember to include the following information in your package so that we can process your return: Order Number, Full name, Address, Email address used when ordering, and the size/style you would like to exchange for.
